Amber Roper- Chair
Amber Roper is a Montana native with deep personal and business roots in the Big Sky State. Amber has held several positions locally with Payroc, formerly NXGEN Payment Services, from being a Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Director of Sales Operations and Director of International Sales. Additionally, she is the owner and operator of Nature Baby Outfitter in Kalispell Montana. Between work and entrepreneurship she spends her remaining time with her husband, four children, friends and pets.
Brittney Crest – Vice Chair
Brittney’s background is rooted in education; with Elementary Education and Physical Education degrees leading to a Masters of Science. She was a swim coach and middle school math teacher in STEM schools for 10 years prior to chasing around her son. These first years of his life have been all about soaking in experiences; whether that’s exploring all this valley has to offer or road tripping throughout the western US and Canada via camper van. Brittney has had the opportunity to see firsthand the benefits to a community of having a children’s museum and believes the Flathead Valley deserves to have one of its own.
Kali Gillen- Treasurer
Kali grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. She moved to the beautiful Flathead Valley after graduating from chiropractic school. Along with her husband, they own and operate Pinnacle Chiropractic in Kalispell. Kali has a heart for service and strives to continue to learn. When she isn’t with patients you can find Kali and her husband with their four boys out exploring all of the beauty the Flathead has to offer.
Jennifer Sevier – Secretary
Born and raised here in the valley with a passion for improving the lives of children and families, Jennifer, a lifelong learner, has worked in early childhood settings and is currently on the board of both the state and local affiliate of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. After living in Portland, OR and Denver, CO and visiting the museums and parks in those cities with her own children (6 in all), Jennifer came home and was lucky enough to cross paths with more ladies dedicated to creating an environment of learning and play here in the valley. She is committed to creating a high quality space for families to grow together.
Corri
e Holloway- Board Member
Corrie Holloway has a background in outdoor education and has worked as a hiking guide in Glacier National Park for over 20 years. After visiting many children’s museums all over the country with her family, she wanted the Flathead Valley community to enjoy one, too. Her love of the outdoors and wild places inspires much of what she does. Corrie spends as much time as she can outside with her husband and two children.
Jeremy Ashby – Board Member
Jeremy Ashby is an engineer and maker and is interested in bringing STEAM education to Flathead youth. Jeremy and his family have visited numerous children’s museums all over the country and he sees the need for Flathead families to have the same experience. Jeremy is an organizer for the Maker fair and participated in every fair since the beginning, specializing in interactive activities for kids. Jeremy enjoys spending time outside hunting fishing and camping with his wife and 2 teenage daughters.
Savanna Andrasko- Board Member
Raised just north of the Canadian border, Savanna Andrasko has fond memories of adventures to the Flathead. A stay-at-home mother of three, she feels blessed to be raising her family in this beautiful and vibrant valley. She enjoys traveling with her family but is always excited to come back to the Montana mountains. Proud to be from a ranching family, she appreciates the hard work and family values found in our communities and wants families to have a year-round place to play. She is excited to contribute to a fun and educational place for families to learn and grow together.
